Specification Support

We guide you through the plumbing specification process from start to finish. Whether you're building a mood board or finalizing a takeoff, we’re here to ensure every detail is dialed in as early in planning as possible, including freight charges, tariffs, or unforeseen fees so that your quote is as accurate as possible.

Studio Consultations

Our serene, by-appointment studio is your project planning sanctuary to source or present your project without overwhelm and our team on hand to answer any questions.

After-Sales Concierge

We don’t disappear after the order is placed or delivered. We monitor every line item to ensure your order is completed on time. We manage supplier communication, facilitate resolutions, and protect your client relationships. 

  • Warranty process support. We will guide you through the process
     

  • On-site issue triage (by request)

  • Order status checks + delivery coordination

     

  • Communication with reps and manufacturers on your behalf when possible. Manufacturer processes vary.

Team Training & Education

We help build your team’s confidence and plumbing fluency. Whether onboarding a junior designer or expanding your team’s product knowledge, we offer training that supports long-term growth.
